Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, online buyers have 14 days to change their mind. Our returns policy gives you even more time.

Faulty phones — the Consumer Rights Act

If a refurbished phone is faulty, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund. After 30 days, the seller must repair or replace it.

By law, refunds must be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned phone. Most reputable sellers process refunds within 3-5 business days.

What to include when returning
