Buy with confidence. Every device we list ships with a full 12-month UK warranty as standard — and you can extend to 24 months at checkout.

What's covered

  • Battery faults — including unexpected capacity loss below the 85% promise
  • Screen, touchscreen and display issues caused by hardware failure
  • Charging port, USB-C/Lightning connector and wireless charging coil faults
  • Speakers, microphones and earpiece faults
  • Front and rear camera modules, including autofocus and stabilisation
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile data and GPS hardware faults
  • Buttons, switches and Face ID / Touch ID sensors

Exclusions

What's not covered

  • Accidental damage — drops, cracks and impact damage
  • Liquid damage and corrosion
  • Wear and tear on cosmetic finish (small marks consistent with previous use)
  • Software issues caused by jailbreaking, rooting or unofficial firmware
  • Damage caused by unauthorised third-party repairs
  • Lost or stolen devices

Process

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Get in touch

    Email our team with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll reply within one working day.

  2. Send it back

    We'll provide a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label so it costs you nothing to ship the device to our workshop.

  3. Repair or replace

    Most repairs are completed within five working days. If we can't repair, we'll replace or refund — whichever you prefer.

Extended cover

24-month warranty upgrade

Want even more peace of mind? You can upgrade your standard 12-month warranty to a full 24 months at checkout. The cover is identical — same workshop, same parts, same process — just twice as long. We typically recommend it for buyers who plan to keep their phone for several years.
