45 days to change your mind

If your second-hand phone isn't quite what you hoped, you have a full 45 days from delivery to send it back for a no-quibble refund — no restocking fees, no awkward questions.

That's nearly seven weeks to make absolutely sure your new phone is the right fit. Use it like you would any other device — make calls, take photos, install your apps. As long as it comes back in the condition it left us, we'll refund you in full.

How to return

Returning your phone is simple

  1. Request a return

    Email our team with your order number and we'll send you a free Royal Mail returns label by reply.

  2. Sign out of your accounts

    Sign out of iCloud / Google, factory-reset the device and remove your SIM. We'll do a full wipe again on arrival.

  3. Pack and post

    Use the original box if you can. Drop the parcel at any Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office.

Refunds

When you'll get your money back

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days of your phone arriving back at the workshop
  • Funds typically clear in your account within 5–7 working days of processing
  • We refund to the original payment method you used at checkout
  • Klarna and Clearpay orders are credited back through their dashboards automatically
  • You'll get an email confirmation the moment your refund is sent

Faulty devices

If something isn't right

Faulty devices are extremely rare — every phone is tested before dispatch — but if you spot an issue, just let us know straight away. You're covered by our 12-month warranty, and any return for a confirmed fault is on us.

  • We aim to repair, replace or refund within 5 working days of the phone arriving
  • Choose between repair, replacement or full refund — your call
  • If we can't replace with the same model, we'll offer the closest equivalent
