Cut-off times
When you need to order by
Monday – Friday
Order before 4pm and we'll dispatch the same day. Anything ordered after 4pm goes out the next working day.
Saturday
Order before 11am for same-day Saturday dispatch. Sunday orders ship first thing Monday.
Tracking
Track your order from dispatch to doorstep
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent automatically by email as soon as it leaves the workshop. You can also track it directly with the courier — Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your delivery option.

Packaging
100% recyclable, fully protected
Your second-hand phone arrives in a custom-fit recyclable box made from 100% recycled cardboard and protected with paper-based void fill — no single-use plastic, no polystyrene chips. The box itself is curbside-recyclable across all UK local authorities. A small change that adds up across thousands of devices.
Outside the UK
International delivery
We currently only ship within mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. International delivery is on the roadmap but not yet available — sorry!
