Our 90-point quality process

Every second-hand phone passes a 90-point technical and cosmetic inspection. Trained UK technicians test the screen, touch response, speakers, microphones, every camera and sensor, the biometrics, all buttons, both SIM trays, the charging port, the wireless charging coil, the haptic engine, every radio (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, mobile data) and the battery health itself. Any device that fails on any point is repaired or rejected — it never reaches a customer in failing condition.

Battery health you can trust

Battery health is the single biggest concern shoppers have about second-hand phones — and rightly so. We refuse to ship anything below 85% battery health. In practice, most devices ship at 90% or higher, and every order includes a battery health certificate so you know exactly what you’re getting on day one. Where the original battery couldn’t make the cut, it has been replaced with a certified cell before grading.

Every second-hand phone we feature ships with a full 12-month UK warranty as standard. If anything goes wrong with the device that isn’t accidental damage, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You also have a 45-day no-quibble returns window from the day your phone arrives — if it isn’t the right fit, simply return it in its original condition for a full refund.
