Second Hand Phones is a UK second-hand phone specialist. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller for personal information collected through this Site.

- Order details when you make a purchase via our partner network
- Trade-in quote details you choose to share
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, anonymised usage analytics

- To pass order information to our fulfilment partner so your phone reaches you

7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Order records are retained for seven years to comply with UK accounting law; marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
